Most agencies should be able to react and help quite quickly. Although the phrase act in haste, repent at leisure should be remembered. In some circumstances, a rapid response is required and is therefore appropriate but on the whole, a carefully considered (and client approved) tasking plan should be in place before any boots on the ground are implemented.
