Will the person ever be made aware that they are being investigated?
Once an investigation has concluded and the evidential report is written and handed over to the client it's entirely up to the client to decide what happens next. In some cases, the client decides to do nothing and that is entirely their choice. Your investigator will support you in whatever you decide to do.
